I’m also the founder of RealCoach.ai — an app that coaches agents to simplify their daily decisions. It grew out of years of coaching high-performing real estate agents and watching smart people get buried under tools instead of supported by them. My work now centers on reducing decision fatigue, not adding systems to manage.

Through this blog, I share stories that inspire and educate, blending personal insight with narratives influenced by guests and real-world experience. The focus here is depth over noise and impact over attention.

When I’m not coaching or writing, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with my family — my wife, Alex, and our three kids. Whether it’s playing guitar, paddle boarding on open water, or laughing around the dinner table, those moments are what ground everything else.

I’m a firm believer in personal development and maintaining mental and physical health through fitness, Stoic philosophy, and simple practices like journaling and meditation. These ideas shape how I coach, build, and live.
